The Admiral has lost his fucking mind. [A calming breath; she's fuming.]

I'm telling all of you now: The Borg Queen. If she comes near my door or puts a foot in the infirmary, I will blow her fucking head off.

[She stands up and reaches to turn off the communicator.] And that goes for anyone that tries to stop me.

Admiral, where the FUCK is he?! 

(ooc: Morgan's Item blipped and went dead, and she just found West's room empty. Yeah :|)

[Morgan's turning on her comm link -- apparently just as she booting someone out her door. A heavy rustle of cloth is also heard before she addresses any listeners.]

Some of you know how to ruin a perfectly good morning. If one more person talks about a flood, I'm gonna knock some skulls in. The Admiral says there's no flood? There's no flood. Why're some people acting weird? Don't know. Don't care. Maybe they cracked.

Speaking of which. Angelus? Your Inmate's kicking around a lot more guff than usual. Can't tell if that just means he's on his monthlies or that you did something right for a change, so illuminate me.

You normal, soldier? You read like you still are, but considering half the barge is still acting strange, I might as well ask.

[ooc: Mirror!Morgan spent the night with Sam Tyler. (*edits in his last name when she realizes they still have two or three Sams on board*) She tends to be the sort that's very 'okay, I'm done with you, let's do this again sometime, here's your pants, now get out of my room' after nights like that. Checking her journal also made her a tad grumpy. Her loyalty to the Admiral is compounded tenfold here, buuuuut she secretly/actively encourages West to do his little underground things, but just expects that if the Inmates ARE going to revolt, that he is in charge and that he rules with an iron fist.]

Great Healer, I took notice of your conversation with my Inmate, Major Henry West. I should like to know what 'likeness' it is that you spoke of.

I hear a lot of talk from Inmates and Wardens alike who are dissatisfied with how murderers are handled in this place, and I really do agree. Something few of us are willing to accept is that fairness in how we deal with them cannot be achieved without adding a touch of barbarity to the proceedings here.

But the more often this occurs the more I think I'd like to adopt a policy of executing murderers aboard this ship -- and this includes Wardens as much as Inmates.

And don't feed me any of that garbage about how it means nothing because they come back. Almost everyone here who has been around a while has died once. You understand perfectly well that the fact that we can return doesn't make the experience any less terrifying and painful. No matter how many times it happens to you, you're not going to convince yourself, body and mind, that everything will be all right.

Death is still the ultimate suffering in this place. The Hellish thing is that it can happen to you more than once, here.
