Audio from the Infirmary

This is FUCKING RIDICULOUS.

I'm going to ask security's cooperation in enforcing a complete lockdown. All inmates not currently interned in Zero or here in the Infirmary: Get BACK to your cabins and I'll thank your Wardens to lock them behind you. No one is to be wandering the Halls without escort, and all working Inmates are to be accompanied to and from their shifts effective immediately.

And not one word of complaint from a single one of you or so help me GOD I'm going to hobble out of here and add to the body count MYSELF.

GET MOVING.

Lalala pretend this was here before the Loki thing went down

I'm not sure that's how it will be interpreted by the inmates. Sexby's right, it's likely to be viewed as punishing the inmates who did the right thing as well as those who are actually involved in this. We don't want another riot to add to the mess around here.

It might be better if we locked down those inmates we know are playing this game and then increase the security presence. In fact, we should probably have more than just security patrolling the halls at a time like this. This could spiral very quickly.

Also, this was meant to be security and Morgan filtered

That's true, but a united front in which we come out as the oppressors won't help prevent another riot. There's no way to know how many of the inmates would listen if we explained our position, and even if they did, it gives them all something else to criticize, to complain about and worst of all, something which a smart inmate could use to manipulate other inmates' perspectives if they chose.

I realize that, but fortunately, we already have the inmates who have been involved in other fights under warden supervision or in zero. They're not the immediate problem.

Morgan, I'm not trying to personally criticize you, I'm just giving my opinion on what might work out best for the wardens as a group in a bad situation, short term and long term.

Uh, guys?

Let's all calm down for a minute here. This isn't going to get us anywhere and it's definitely not going to help the situation...

Private - She's not going to reply to anything after this.

I made a suggestion as a warden, not as a member of security. That never came into it. I gave an opinion, which, last time I checked, was still allowed here. You're not my superior, Morgan, you're my peer.

Reid's right. I don't think this is the right time to be having arguments amongst ourselves, especially not in public, but you can't have one standard for yourself and another for other people. Not here. It's not fair.

Private ... I lied. She's gone into her uber-polite telling-off voice.

I've changed my mind, and if somebody on security was ordering a full Bargewide lockdown, I would say the same thing to them. I don't believe that in this situation a lockdown is appropriate or helpful. I believe having one now would cause an uneccessary rift between the wardens and those inmates who were willing to help us, and give the others another reason to hate us.

I won't help implement a full lockdown.
