This is FUCKING RIDICULOUS.

I'm going to ask security's cooperation in enforcing a complete lockdown. All inmates not currently interned in Zero or here in the Infirmary: Get BACK to your cabins and I'll thank your Wardens to lock them behind you. No one is to be wandering the Halls without escort, and all working Inmates are to be accompanied to and from their shifts effective immediately.

And not one word of complaint from a single one of you or so help me GOD I'm going to hobble out of here and add to the body count MYSELF.

GET MOVING.

...I do not think this is necessary. I think the situation is under control.

I also think we are punishing people who did the right thing. I will agree it is ridiculous in the strongest terms, but I also think we are punishing the majority for the actions of a minority, and it's not even a majority who sought to hide this from us.

No. I will not. If everyone else thinks otherwise, then I shall do my part, but I do not think this makes sense. My temper is this close to snapping, and I still do not agree.

This isn't punishment; it's diffusing a situation. You tell your Inmate what you have to but in the meantime the safest thing for everybody is to keep them away from each other.

I think it is as diffused as far as it can be. I have given as much information as I can possibly get, we know the names of those who merely expressed an interest, and have not done anything to suggest they act upon it.

Provided every warden of those involved can keep a slightly better control on their inmate, I consider it diffused. This seems like punishment. It comes across as punishment. It comes across as punishment for the inmates, when, as far as I'm aware, a good half of the perpetrators of the last three murders were wardens.

If people get hurt, then have it on my head. But I am not enforcing this. I will do my job. Which is what I have been doing all day.

I'm not sure that's how it will be interpreted by the inmates. Sexby's right, it's likely to be viewed as punishing the inmates who did the right thing as well as those who are actually involved in this. We don't want another riot to add to the mess around here.

It might be better if we locked down those inmates we know are playing this game and then increase the security presence. In fact, we should probably have more than just security patrolling the halls at a time like this. This could spiral very quickly.

I like not to be locked in my rooms. I have done nothing to deserve such treatment. Perhaps if you wish not for these men and women to be murdered, you should stop the murderer instead of locking away innocent girls who have done no harm nor caused trouble of any sort!

Sweetheart, it should have occurred to you by now that there's likely more than one 'murderer' involved, and what keeps you safe is putting a locked door between yourself and anybody around here, Warden and Inmate included, who might be getting a little over-restless. You understand?
