Miss Bohemme is trying something with the Inmates. I think she called it group therapy. I'm not going to require you to go to it, as it's voluntary. But I would appreciate it if you put in an appearance at the first session and gave me your impressions afterward. Would you do that for me?

What area of your inmate's rehabilitation do you feel needs the most attention at present? Right now insubordination is becoming something of an issue. We're working on that.
What advances has your inmate made in the past month? We finally had it out about a few things and I'd like to think that we came out of it better.
What setbacks have occurred in your inmate's rehabilitation in the past month? Jim coming back definitely hasn't helped.
Please set a goal for the next month, which you plan to discuss and accomplish with your inmate.
The Major accepts that what he did in his previous life was wrong, but has done very little to express that. Our goal for the next month will be to come up with a means by which he can begin to make up for it.
