Well yeah. Those were his wife's tatas and everything elses you were carrying.

But it could be said of just about anybody who went through that change -- a body or more importantly a person's meant to be taken care of and shown some degree of respect. They're somebody's friend, or wife, or husband. They're somebody's son or daughter. They're somebody's baby.
